These Terms of Use (hereinafter — “Terms”) govern the use of the HR Portal at MyCarrierLink (hereinafter — “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

- Access to the Service is granted only to authorized company employees
- Login credentials are confidential and must not be shared with third parties
- The company reserves the right to revoke access to the Service at any time
3Service Usage
When using the Service, users agree to:

- Maintain confidentiality of other employees’ data
- Use the Service for work purposes only
- Not disrupt the Service or attempt unauthorized access
4SMS Terms & Conditions
- SMS Consent Communication: The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes
- Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages
from ANN LOGISTICS, you may receive messages related to the following customer care.
- Load availability and dispatch updates
- Account security and access notifications
- System maintenance and technical alerts
- Payment confirmations and status changes
- Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. Example: “Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding customer care.”
- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging: Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan.
- Opt-In Method: You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from ANN LOGISTICS in
the following ways:
- By submitting an online form — see Create Account
- Opt-Out Method: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply “STOP” to any SMS message you receive.
